Overview
يدور هذا البحث حول صنف جديد من صنوف القرارات الإدارية وهي القرارات الجماعية والتي يمكن تعريفها بأنها القرارات التي يختص بإصدارها شخصين فأكثر مجتمعين، ومن أمثلتها القرارات الصادرة عن المجالس واللجان، وتتميز تلك القرارات عن باقي أنواع القرارات الإدارية باشتراك أكثر من إرادة طبيعية في تكوين إرادة جهة الإدارة وهو ما يميزها عن القرارات المنفردة والتي يستقل بإصدارها شخص واحد، كما تتميز من ناحية أخرى عن القرارات المركبة بحسبان أن إجراءات تكوين إرادة الجهة الإدارية لا تعد من قبيل الإجراءات السابقة على إصدار القرار.
