Overview
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة التأثير بين المناخ السلبي والصحة النفسية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي لدراسة حالة، وتم الاعتماد على المقابلة التي تقيس متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم إجراء المقابلة مع على ١٥ عاملة من عينة الدراسة مستشفى رزيق البشير بوسعادة حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي بين متغيري الدراسة.
