Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح معنى الاتجار بالبشر وأشكاله وصوره، وتبيان وسائل مكافحته، واستخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وذلك ببيان عناصر النص القانوني كما هو موجود في القوانين والكتب الفقهية، كما استخدمت المنهج التحليلي القائم على تحليل النصوص القانونية والآراء الفقهية من أجل الوصول إلى أحكام عامة عادلة، بالإضافة لاستخدام المنهج المقارن بين قانون الجرائم والعقوبات اليمني والقوانين العربية بعضها البعض لبيان أوجه القوة والضعف فيها، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الاتجار بالبشر يعد من أقدم الظواهر التي عرفتها البشرية، لما فيها من امتهان لكرامة الإنسان وتحويلة إلى سلعة رخيصة.
