Overview
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الجزاءات الإدارية بوصفها أحد بدائل العقوبات الجنائية توقعها جهة الإدارة على المخالفين من الأفراد والمؤسسات في غير مجالي التأديب والعقود الإدارية بمقتضى قرارات إدارية ذات طابع جزائي، بهدف الحد من تدخل القانون الجنائي وعدم ملاءمة عقوباته للضبط الإداري في العديد من المجالات والأنشطة التي تشرف عليها جهة الإدارة-ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نتعرف على ماهية الجزاءات الإدارية وخصائصها وصورها وسلسلة الإجراءات المتبعة لفرضها والقيود والرقابة الخاضعة لها بما يكفل مشروعيتها وتحقيق أهدافها.
