قام الباحثون بدراسة بعنوان \"نموذج تقييم إلكتروني مقترح للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف\" حيث هدف البحث إلى وضع وتقنين نموذج تقييم إلكتروني للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي على عينة قدرها (150) موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة، وكان من أهم النتائج: فعالية نموذج التقييم المقترح للعاملين وسهولة تطبيقه والاستعانة به في تحديد كفاءة العاملين بالمؤسسة.
