Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى اختبار أثر خصائص لجنة المراجعة والمتمثلة في (حجم لجنة المراجعة، اجتماعات لجنة المراجعة، خبرة لجنة المراجعة، استقلال لجنة المراجعة) علي جودة الإفصاح عبر الإنترنت ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قد تم اختيار عينة من 100 شركة من الشركات المصرية المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية خلال عام 2017. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معامل الانحدار الخاص بخبره لجنة المراجعة كان موجب ومعنوي، مما يوضح وجودة علاقة معنوية موجبة بين خبرة أعضاء لجنة المراجعة وجودة إفصاح الشركات عبر الإنترنت، وهو ما يشير إلى قبول المهني الفرعي الخاص بخبرة لجنة المراجعة، وذلك عند مستوى المعنوية المقبول وقدره 5%.
