Overview
يتناول هذا البحث ترجيح شراح الشافية للمذاهب اللغوية في اللغة العربية متمثلة بأهم مذهبين: هما المذهب البصري والمذهب الكوفي، وأن نظرة واحدة في كتب اللغة بصورة عامة تدلنا على وجود أكثر من مذهب لغوي، ولكل مذهب أصوله وقواعده وخصائصه الذي يختلف فيه عن المذهب الآخر، وهذا الخلاف نتيجة للاجتهادات الشخصية في استنباط قواعد اللغة، وقد رجح شراح الشافية في القرن العاشر الهجري المذهب البصري على الكوفي عند شرحهم متن شافية ابن الحاجب في أكثر من موضع مقدمين حجج وبراهين مقنعة باستثناء بعض المسائل اللغوية، وهذا إن دل على شيء، فهو انتماؤهم للمذهب البصري.
