Overview
تعتبر إدارة علاقة المنظمة بجماهيرها الأساسية من الاتجاهات البحثية الهامة في مجال العلاقات العامة منذ ثمانينات القرن العشرين، كونها أساس بناء وتطوير الروابط بين المنظمة وجماهيرية الأساسية- داخل وخارج المنظمة، والعمل علي الحفاظ عليها ورعايتها، بهدف تعظيم المزايا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لكل من المنظمة والجمهور.
