Overview
تناول البحث فضل الشيب، وأنه نور المسلم، وحكم تغيير الشيب بالسواد، واختلاف العلماء في ذلك على ثلاثة أقوال، فمنهم من يرى بالحرمة، ومنهم من يرى بالكراهة، ومنهم من يرى بالجواز، مع ذكر الأدلة، ووجه الدلالة، ومناقشتها، وترجح لدي أن من الورع ترك التغيير بالسواد، وقد بينت أحسن ما غير به الشيب، وهو اللون الأصفر والأحمر، والله أعلم، وبينت حكم خضاب الشيب للرجل والمرأة، واختلاف العلماء في ذلك على خمسة أقوال. فمن العلماء من يرى وجوب الخضاب، ومنهم من يرى أن ترك الخضاب أفضل، ويرى البعض أنه مباح، ومنهم من قال بحسب المكان والحال، وقد ترجح لدي قول من قال بأفضلية تغيير الشيب بالخضاب بحمرة أو بصفرة، والله أعلم.
