هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة القيمة المدركة للعميل، مع التعرف على عناصر الأداء المستدام وكذلك التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين القيمة المدركة للعميل والأداء المستدام بالبنوك الحكومية المصرية (بنك مصر- البنك الأهلي المصري- بنك القاهرة)، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي من خلال عينة العاملين والذي بلغ عددهم (379) مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية للقيمة الوظيفية للمنتج على الأداء المستدام
