Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث إدارة أزمة وباء كورونا بالتطبيق على عينة من قادة مكتبات مصر العامة من المدراء ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام والقاعات، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس لإدارة أزمة وباء كورونا في مكتبات مصر العامة، واستخدمت برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS في إدخال البيانات وتحليلها، وقدمت الدراسة إطار نظري يبين أهمية إدارة الأزمات وخططها وإستراتيجياتها، وتوصلت نتيجة الدراسة إلى وجود وعي من جانب مكتبات مصر العامة المنتشرة في أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية في التعامل مع العاملين وقت الأزمات وإدارتهم ورعايتهم صحيا، وكذلك التفاعل مع المستفيدين وإدارتهم عن بعد، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بوضع خطة تفصيلية مستقبلية لإدارة الأزمات الصحية على غرار تلك الأزمة التي يشهدها العالم حاليا، والممثلة في أزمة وباء كورونا.
