Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق القيادة الموقفية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (١٩٥) معلما ومعلمة، وجميعهم في مديرية تربية تعلم يطا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع تطبيق القيادة الموقفية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مجال الاستبانة جميعها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق في متوسطات تطبيق القيادة الموقفية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى إلى متغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، كما أنه لا توجد فروق تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي.
