Overview
هذا البحث يبين أهمية معرفة عقوبة شاهد الزور في الفقه الإسلامي، مع المقارنة بقانون العقوبات المصري، وهى عقوبة تعزيرية في الفقه الإسلامي متروكة لتقدير الحاكم بما يحقق المصلحة وزجر شاهد الزور والتشهير به بين الناس حتى يحذر الناس منه، أما قانون العقوبات فجاءت المواد على النحو الآتي: (294 ـ 295 ـ 298 ـ 299 ـ 300 ـ 201)، وقد ذكرت نصوص المواد كما جاءت مع بعض التعليقات والشروح للسادة المستشارين المعروفين بشرح قانون العقوبات المصري، وتمت المقارنة بين الفقه الإسلامي والقانون مع بيان أهم النتائج وبعض التوصيات.
