Overview
إن إعادة فعالية النظام العربي المتدهور وأمنه في النظام الدولي مرتبطة باستقراء التاريخ، وكما ذكرنا ماكيندر في أوروبا وجزيرة العالم، فالوطن العربي قد يكون قوة محركة للتاريخ إذا أخذنا قراءة التاريخ، بأن الارتكاز الجغرافي والقلب الأسيوي العربي هما مفتاح السيطرة على الشرق الأوسط ومن يسيطر عليهما يستطيع أن يتحكم الشرق الأوسط الكبير وبالتالي يسيطر على جزيرة العالم، العالم القديم، وبالتالي يفرض وجوده على النظام الدولي.
