Overview
عرفت المجتمعات البشرية عبر مختلف الحقب التاريخية ظاهرة الهجرة بالانتقال من منطقة لأخرى ومن قارة لأخرى حتى وإن اختلفت البواعث والأسباب، كما أن نظرة الدول من خلال تشريعاتها تختلف في التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تستدعي جهوداً دولية مشتركة من أجل الحد منها، من جهة وحماية المهاجرين من الاستغلال البشع من طرف شبكات المهربين من جهة أخرى.
