Overview
تناولت في بحثي هذا الحصانة الفكرية في ضوء الحديث النبوي الشريف، والتي هي عبارة عن تنظيم عملية التفكير وتبادل المعلومات بين المسلم وغيره، وقد تحدثت فيه عن الهدي النبوي في تنظيم عملية التفكير، ثم الهدي النبوي في تبادل المعلومات، وفي هذا البحث وصلت إلى أن الحصانة الفكرية كسلوك كان موجودا في سياسة النبي صلي الله عيه وسلم وكان سلوكا نبويا وإن لم يطلق عليه مصطلح الحصانة الفكرية، وفي هذه الدراسة عملت قدر استطاعتي على كشف اللثام عن أهم المعالم التي حصن بها المصطفى صلي الله عليه وسلم صحابته-رضوان الله عليهم جميعا-بهدف الحفاظ على هوية هذه الأمة، والله ولى التوفيق.
