Overview
يدرس هذا البحث حكم أداء زكاة الفطر عبر الجهاز الخلوي، حيث إنه تشوبه بعض أسئلة تحتاج إلى أجوبة وتخريجات فقهية، حتى لا تكون هذه الطريقة التي في ظاهرها يسر للأمة مناقضة لنصوص الشرع ومقاصده. والبحث يجمع بين أصل من الأصول الثابتة في الشرع، وبين وسيلة من الوسائل المتغيرة في العصر، وذلك بتطبيق الأصل الشرعي الثابت باستخدام الوسيلة العصرية المتغيرة ويتألف البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، ويكون المبحث الأول متناولا لأحكام زكاة الفطر في الفقه، وأما البحث الثاني فإنه يتطرق إلى أحكام الجهاز الخلوي في المنظور الفقهي، ويتعرض المبحث الثالث لحكم دفع زكاة الفطر عبر الجهاز الخلوي.
