Overview
لا شك أن الطفولة مرحلة مهمة في حياة الإنسان، لما في ذلك من تأثير كبير على شخصيته في مراحل حياته المختلفة؛ ولأن حاجة الإنسان فيها للرعاية والعناية أكبر؛ لضعف الطفل ونقص قدراته الذاتية. لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث حكم تشغيل الأطفال في مختلف الأعمال والقطاعات، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مشروعية عمل الأطفال مع الأخذ بالضوابط الشرعية التي تنهض بتحقيق مقاصد الشرع من عمالة الأطفال، بحيث تجمع بين تحقيق مقاصد الشرع من العمل وتربية الأطفال وتعليمهم في آن واحد.
