الارتباط و تحليل معامل المسار فى حنطة الخبز

Overview
استخدمت ستة أصناف من حنطة الخبز وهجنها التبادلية النصفية في تجربة بتصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة بأربعة مكررات لحساب معامل الارتباط الظاهري والوراثي بين أزواج الصفات: حاصل الحبوب وعدد السنابل في النبات وطول السنبلة وعدد الحبوب بالسنبلة ووزن 100 حبة. استخدم تحليل معامل المسار لتجزئة معامل الارتباط الوراثي والظاهري بين حاصل الحبوب والصفات المدروسة أي تأثيرات مباشرة وغير مباشرة. بينت النتائج أن لطول السنبلة أعلى ارتباط ظاهري ووراثي مع أعلى تأثير مباشر على حاصل الحبوب.
