Overview
باتت جريمة الاتجار بالأطفال، تشكل إحدى أهم التحديات التي تواجهها جل دول العالم، نظرا للآثاث الوخيمة التى تطال حقوق الطفل وحرياته الأساسبة، مكرسة بذلك الصورة المعاصرة للاسترقاق. هذه الدراسة تبحث عن دلالات التكريس القانونى لتكييف الاتجار بالأطفال كجريمة منظمة، من خلال ما استقرت عليه ارادة المجتمع الدولي، ممثلة في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، ناهيك عن التوجه العقابي الجزائري في ترجمة هذه المعطيات، واعتبار ضلوع جماعة منظمة في الاتجار بالأطفال ظرفا مشددا للعقوبة.
