تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع خاص بدراسة إشكال الرضا الوظيفي للأستاذ في المؤسسة الجامعية، يعد موضوع الرضا الوظيفي من الموضوعات التي تكتسي أهمية كبيرة في الحياة التنظيمية، وهذا الموضوع تناولته العديد من الدراسات النظرية والبحوث التطبيقية منذ بداية الثورة الصناعية إلى يومنا هذا، منها دراسات فريدريك تايلور و إلتون مايو وماسلو... وغيرهم من الباحثين. تحاول الدراسة معرفة ما اذا كان الرضا الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف الوظيفية للمؤسسة الجامعية من خلال الكشف عن مستوى رضاه كالأجر المتصل عليه ونمط الإشراف وإشباع الحاجات الفردية.
