يهدف هذا المقال إلى بيان حكم الطلاق البدعي من حيث العدد في فقه الشيعة بالاستناد الى النصوص الواردة في مصنفاتهم، والوقوف على بعض النقود الخاطئة لبعض أحكام هذا الفقه في مصنفات المذاهب الأخرى والذي نعتقد أنه يعود إلى سببين: أولهما - عدم نجاعة المنهج المتبع في تناول الموضوع محل البحث وثانيهما - عدم التدقيق والتمحيص في التعرف على حكم هذا الضرب من الطلاق من طرف فقهاء وكتاب المذاهب غير الشيعية.
