Overview
يتحدث بحثنا الموسوم (تطبيقات الاستفتاء الشعبي في دستور العراق لعام 2005) عن موضوع بالغ الأهمية في الفقه الدستوري. وهذا الموضوع هو الاستفتاء الشعبي أحد أهم وسائل تعبير الشعب عن إرادته بصورة مباشرة بما يضمن اشتراكه الفعلي في صنع القرار السياسي في الدولة. وقد بينا أهم الأحكام العامة للاستفتاء من حيث التعريف به وأنواعه وما يجعله وسيلة شعبية فاعلة في مباشرة العمل السياسي. وأيضا تناولنا أحكام الاستفتاء في الدستور العراقي لعام ٢٠٠٥... حيث تناول هذا الدستور صور وتطبيقات متعددة من الاستفتاء وخصوصا فيما يخص بعض الأحكام الخاصة بالأقاليم والمحافظات غير المنتظمة بإقليم.
