Overview
انطلاقا من نص المادة 138 مكرر من قانون الضرائب المباشرة والرسوم المماثلة كرس المشرع الجزائري نظاما ضريبيا خاصا بمجمع الشركات. وهو ما يطلق علي تسميته بنظام الدمج الجبائي الذي يتوقف تطبيقه على لزوم توافر جملة في الشروط يمكن إجمالها في فئتين أولاهما تتعلق بالشروط العامة وهي مرتبطة بشكل الشركة وطبيعة نشاطها، وثانيهما تتعلق بالشروط الخاص، منها ما يخص الشركة الأم ومنها ما هو مرتبط بالشركات التابعة.
