تناولت هذه الدراسة الزواج المدني في فقه الجاليات المسلمة، إذ هدفت الدراسة إلى الحديث عن أبرز مسائل الأحوال الشخصية الموجودة في مجتمع الأقليات المسلمة، والبحث في النظرة الشرعية إلى الزواج المدني ضمن ضوابط وشروط شرعية، تتمثل في الحديث عن الصيغة التي يتم بها هذا العقد، وعن الشهود وصفتهم في هذا العقد، ودور الولي، والحديث عن المهر ومكانه في هذا النوع من الزواج، ثم الخاتمة والتوصيات.
