Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إحدى أهم المشكلات التي يثيرها الواقع العملي وهي إثبات الملكية من خلال المحررات الرسمية، وذلك من خلال بيان أهمية المحررات الرسمية وقوتها وحجيتها الإثبات مع بيان مفهوم الإثبات، طرق الإثبات المنصوص عليها في نظام المرافعات الشرعية السعودي، وبيان ماهية المحررات الرسمية وشروطها ودورها في إثبات الملكية وما يستتبعها من صور ضوئية وصور رسمية، وأخيراً بيان طرق إثبات صحة المحرر الرسمي وطريق الطعن عليه بالتزوير.
