تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الأفعال المبطلة للصلاة من غير جنسها، فهنالك أفعال قد يقوم بها المصلي في صلاته، كالأكل والشرب الذي قد يكون قليلا أو كثيرًا، وقد يكون عمدًا أو سهوًا، فهل يبطل ذلك الفعل الصلاة، أم لا يبطلها؟، وكذلك تناولت الدراسة بعض الأفعال في الصلاة كدفع المار بين يدي المصلي، أو حمل طفل في الصلاة، أو قتل حية أو عقرب، أو المشي في الصلاة لحاجة أو لغير حاجة، فبينت الدراسة الأحكام المناسبة لكل فعل من هذه الأفعال على المذاهب الأربعة.
