Overview
إن صورة العالم اليوم والدول الثلاث (العراق وتركيا وإيران) في قلبها، قد تبدلت تبدلا كبيرا بعد انتهاء الحرب الباردة، وما نتج عنها من سيطرة القطب الواحد على السياسة الدولية، كما إن طبيعة التجاوز الجغرافي والذاكرة التاريخية المشتركة، المثقلة بالحقبات الإيجابية والسلبية، تؤثر في إنتاج مصالح متوافقة أو متناقضة بين المتجاورين، وهذا المبدأ ينطبق على الدول الثلاث، ليساهم في تشكيل المشهد السياسي لهذه البقعة من العالم.
