Overview
بعد صدور قانون الإصلاح الزراعي الأول عام 1958، بدأت الأحداث الاجتماعية والاقتصادية تتسارع متزامنة مع الأحداث السياسية، وعلى أثر تطبيق قانون الإصلاح الزراعي، أصدرت الحكومة قانون السلطة التنفيذية بالرقم (74) في آيار 1959، وتم استحداث وزارة الإصلاح الزراعي، ووضع نظام جديد لوزارة الإصلاح الزراعي ودوائرها، لتحديد هيكلية الوزارة الجديدة، وبدأت أعمال دوائر الوزارة بتطبيق قانون الإصلاح الزراعي من الاستيلاء والتوزيع بالدرجة الأولى، ولتطبيق القانون، ولاسيما ما يتعلق باستكمال الإجراءات الزراعية التي تعوق سير تطبيق قانون الإصلاح الزراعي.
