Overview
إن الإجرام المنظم أصبح يتم بطرق متعددة إذ لم يعد يقتصر على الأساليب التقليدية البسيطة بل تطور مع تطور تكنولوجيا الاتصالات، فمن خلال هذه الدراسة نركز على الأساليب الحديثة لتبييض الأموال كنموذجاً ونعني به كافة الطرق والوسائل الرقمية التي يستعملها مرتكبو جريمة غسيل الأموال لتمويه متحصلات جرائمهم إلى أصول وممتلكات تبدوا في الظاهر مصدرها مشروعاً، ويتم ذلك إما باللجوء إلى أجهزة الصراف الآلي أو باستعمال النقود الإلكترونية والبطاقات الذكية كأساليب سهلة لتحويل الأموال، وكذا إدخال البنوك الإلكترونية كمساهم في العملية، فكل هذه الوسائل ساهمت في انتشار وتطور هذه الجريمة.
