Overview
تعد الأسرة الخلية الأولى في بناء أي مجتمع، بل هي المؤسسة المفصلية التي تؤسس لنسق تضامني مصغر للمجتمع، كونها تؤمن الحياة الطبيعية للأفراد والمجتمعات على حد سواء، وتبعا لذلك فقد حاول المشرع الجزائري خلال الأمر 05-02 التأسيس لمنظومة قانونية متكاملة ومتوازنة وفق أيديولوجيات معينة، بالرغم من تسجيل بعض الملاحظات على ذلك، وبالنظر إلى اعتبار أن الأسرة تعتبر قاعدة الحياة الإنسانية، ولبنة قوية في بناء الأمم، فقد بين المشرع الجزائري أهم الأسس والمقومات التي تنبني عليها هذه الخلية.
