Overview
تركز الورقة على الاحتجاجات العالمية ضد الحرب على غزة، التي أعقبت طوفان الأقصى في 7 أكتوبر 2023، وهي احتجاجات غير مسبوقة في رقعتها الواسعة ومظاهرها المبتكرة. تجادل الورقة بأن هذا الحراك الاحتجاجي هو ذاكري الطابع بالأساس، كونه يُمثل امتدادًا لتظاهرات 2019 -2020 ضد العنصرية والكولونيالية، إذ يتم في هذا الحراك استخدام وإعادة استخدام وسائط ورموز ذاكرية. في المقابل يواجه هذا الانبعاث العالمي للذاكرة قمعا رسميًا لديناميات الاحتجاجات، يوظف بدوره أساليب ذاكرية تستند إليها السلطة في إطار سياسات الذاكرة، كما يبرز ذلك من خلال النموذج الألماني، عبر ممارسة الصمت والنسيان وما رافق ذلك من مظاهر قمعية تندرج تحت ثقافة الإلغاء.
