Overview
L'objet principal de cet article est de montrer, dans un premier temps, les avantages que pourrait présenter l'intégration verticale pour les entreprises industrielles, notamment pour les entreprises publiques algériennes, et de tenter, dans un second temps, de mettre en exergue les déterminants économiques qui peuvent conduire à des opérations d'intégration verticale totale ou partielle dans les entreprises industrielles. Pour mieux cerner ce sujet et saisir les réalités stratégiques des industries algériennes, nous avons mené une enquête auprès de l'entreprise ENIEM.
