Overview
يعتبر التقاضي عن بعد مظهر من مظاهر تطبيقات التطور العلمي والتقني في مجال العدالة على اعتبار أن تطبيق هذه التقنية على الإدارة القضائية بالشكل الصحيح والتدريجي له أثر إيجابي ويشمل هذا الأثر في سرعة إنجاز العاملات وتوحيد وتبسيط إجراءات التقاضي والمساهمة في أمن المعلومات، ولقد استعملت الوسائل الإلكترونية في التبليغ القضائي وغيرها من الإجراءات المتعلقة بالدعوى القضائية، وقد امتدت إلى الدعوى الإدارية التي أتاح المشرع الجزائري طريقا جديدا لرفعها بواسطة الوسائل الإلكترونية، وهذا سعي منه لتطوير ورقمنة قطاع العدالة، والانتقال من النظام الورقي للنظام الإلكتروني في إجراءات التقاضي.
