Overview
This study analyzes the key determinants of inflation in Arab Maghreb countries, including FDI, money supply, economic growth, and political stability. FDI increases inflation by boosting demand, while economic growth helps control it by enhancing productivity. Excessive money supply is a primary inflation driver, emphasizing the need for strict monetary control. Political stability reduces inflation volatility, supporting effective economic management. The findings highlight the importance of coordinated economic and political strategies for managing inflation, using data from 2002 to 2021 from the World Bank.
