Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير الإنشاء المشترك بأبعاده على ابتكار الخدمة في المؤسسات، حيث تتجلى أهميته في إبراز الدور الفعال الذي يحققه العملاء من خلال إشراكهم في عملية الإنتاج أو التصميم للخدمة لتقديم خدمات المبتكرة. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال توزيع الاستبيان الإلكتروني على 150 فرد، تحليل النتائج المتوصل عليها إلى إن الإنشاء المشترك بإبعاده يؤثر إيجابيا في ابتكار الخدمة.
