Overview
أثارت الأزمة التي يعيشها العالم في الوقت الراهن بسبب انتشار وباء كورونا (كوفيد 19) جملة من التساؤلات والإشكالات، ومنها المتعلقة بدور الشعائر الدينية في مجابهة أمثال هذه الأزمات، لا سيما في الشريعة الإسلامية. وجاء هذا البحث لإماطة اللثام عن دور التبرع في الإسلام وحاجة الأمة إليه، باختلاف صوره وأنماطه. وقد شكل الوقف الصحي في المغرب على امتداد العصور والأزمان، من أهم الشعائر التي اعتنى بها المغاربة ملوكا وشعوبا، لتحقيق الأمن الصحي واستدامته، حيث سجلت كتب التاريخ جملة من الأوقاف صرفت إلى الجانب الصحي بمختلف جوانبه، وعيا من الواقفين بأهمية حفظ الصحة والأنفس وارتباطها بالكليات الأخرى التي جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية لتحفظها علينا.
