أسلوب القصر من الأساليب المطلوبة للتعبير عن المعنى بدقة وعمق ومن أكثر الأساليب قدرة على الجدل والاحتجاج بدليل كثرة استعماله في القرآن الكريم.، القصر: لغة الحبس، اصطلاحا: تخصيص شيء بشيء بطريق مخصوص، أشهر طرق القصر: النفي والاستثناء، إنما، تقديم ما حقه التأخير، العطف بـ\"لا، بل، لكن\". ذكرت موقع المقصور عليه في طرق القصر، وذكرت: أقسام القصر باعتبار اعتقاد المتكلم أو باعتبار الحقيقة والواقع، وأقسامه باعتبار حال المقصور أو باعتبار الطرفين، وأقسامه باعتبار حال المخاطب ثم خاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم نتائج البحث ومنها إن القصر من طرائق التوكيد في اللغة العربية؛ وأيضاً دلالته على الإيجاز لأن جملة القصر في قوة جملتين الأولى مثبتة والثانية منفية.
