Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين القدرات التعليمية والأداء الريادي في القطاع الخدمي بولاية الخرطوم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في مدراء المؤسسات الخدمية بولاية الخرطوم والتي تم اختيارها عن طريق أسلوب العينة غير الاحتمالية تم توزيع 300 استبانة استرد منها (298) استبانة بنسبة 99% استخدم برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) ونمذجة المعادلة البنائية (ESM). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد القدرات التعليمية (الالتزام الإداري والتجريب) وأبعاد الأداء الريادي (المؤشر الريادي والفاعلية).
