تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية ودور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء العامل، لأن ظهور التكنولوجيات الاتصالية الحديثة تعتبر بمثابة القاعدة التقنية للانطلاق في مختلف مجالات الحياة. وهذه التقنيات هي ثروة حقيقية في الإدارة نظرا لما تحدثه من تغيرات في أسلوب العمل الإداري، كما أنه لا يوجد إدارة في أي مؤسسة لا تستعمل الرسائل الإلكترونية بمختلف أنواعها، كما أن هذه الوسائل ضرورية في تحسين أداء العمال وإعطائهم الفرص في تنمية مهاراتهم وإبراز كفاءتهم وقدراتهم... وتساهم أيضا في تسهيل العملية الإدارية بمختلف أنواعها، فلذلك يجب التخلص من الإدارة التقليدية وتوسيع استعمال الإدارة الإلكترونية.
