Overview
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المنظمة المتعلمة في تنمية رأس المال البشري وذلك من خلال أبعادها المتعلقة بالمستوى الفردي والجماعي والمتمثلة في التعلم المستمر، الحوار والاستفسار، تعلم الفريق والتمكين لتنمية الكفاءات عن طريق التكوين، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من أساتذة جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط بالاعتماد على طريقة الاستقصاء عن طريق الاستبيان الذي تم تحليل نتائجه عن طريق برنامج spss، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في تنمية رأس المال البشري.
