Overview
تشكل التجربة الجزائرية في إقرار رفع العقوبات السالبة للحرية، تطورا هاما في علاقة السلطة بالصحفي، إذ شكل هذه الخطوة تكريس ضمانة هامة لحماية الصحفي والرفع من هامش حرية التعبير والصحافة. لذا سيكون المقال عبارة عن ورقة بحثية نحاول من خلالها رسم تصور مناسب لتقييم هذه التجربة من خلال قراءة تقييمية على ضوء التوجهات التشريعية الحديثة، إذ أن هذه الخطوة الإيجابية والهامة؛ لم يواكبها فرض غرامات معقولة أو عقوبات إدارية غير مشددة؛ على أن ترد إلا في حالات محددة.
