Overview
Social responsibility is one of the most important modern topics that has emerged as a result of several factors, including globalization and the rapid scientific and technological developments that have been accompanied by numerous challenges for all institutions, this forced them to commit to the development of their products and performance, especially in light of the shift from the industrial economy to the information and knowledge economy, and a greater emphasis on human capital more than physical capital. This research paper aims to highlight the role of social responsibility of Algerian institutions to direct their human resources by determining the requirements for their implementation.
