قوانين البوليس قوانين الضبط\" قواعد موضوعية داخلية أمرة، وهي قواعد مفردة الجانب منهجها التطبيقي هو تطبيقها استقلالا عن منهج التنازع. ويلتزم قاض الموضوع بتطبيقها إذا كانت جزءا من قانون الموضوع أو العقد وجزءا من القانون الواجب التطبيق إذا لم يكن هناك اختيار للقانون الواجب التطبيق. ولها صلة وثيقة بالموضوع ويجرى على المحكم الدولي بشأنها ما يجرى على القاضي الوطني.
