إن المهتم بفقه واقع الأسرة انطلاقا من أي القرآن يلاحظ أن القرآن الكريم أفاض فيه القول في كثير من سوره وآياته، لذلك كان لابد من إدراكه في إطار الواقع الاجتماعي. من أجل الوصول إلى الأسرة الصالحة من خلال النظر في التحديات التي تواجهها ومعرفة الأساليب التربوية المحافظة على كينونتها. وهذا ما حاول البحث الإشارة إليه، فالقرآن الكريم راعى واقع الأسرة ولم يغفل أي جزئية متعلقة به. وقد حشد التشريع الإسلامي في القرآن الكريم حشد كبير من مظاهر تلك العناية بالأسرة وما يمكن أن يقوم بناءها.
