يمثل هذا البحث محاولة لتجلية وجه من وجوه المعجزة القرآنية ألا وهي مبادئ الكلام -أي المطالع-في سور القرآن الكريم، وما تنطوي عليه من العجائب والأسرار التي تستنفر الهمم، وتستفز الألباب للكشف عنها ويتعلق الأمر بالسور التي تفتتح بالحروف المقطعة، وخاصة تلك التي تشترك في حروف واحدة مثل سور آل حم. إذ نبحث تأثير حرفي الافتتاح (ح، م) على مجمل سور الحواميم بناء ومضمونا.
