Overview
منصات الإنزال الإقليمية هي آلية جديدة لمواجهة أزمة الهجرة الوافدة إلى أوروبا عبر البحر الأبيض المتوسط، تم اقتراحها من طرف اللجنة الأوروبية في 28 جوان 2018، تهدف هذه المنصات إلى ضمان إنزال سريع وآمن للأشخاص الذين يتم إنقاذهم في البحر، طبقا للقانون الدولي، وخاصة مبدأ عدم الإعادة القسرية، بالتعاون مع المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين والمنظمة الدولية للهجرة، وبالشراكة مع دول ثالثة. وإذا كان هذا الاقتراح يرمي في ظاهره إلى ضمان تقاسم المسؤولية بشكل منصف من أجل الاستجابة لتحديات الهجرة بكل تعقيداتها، لكن في الواقع هو يهدف إلى حماية الحدود الأوروبية من تدفقات اللاجئين، على حساب حقوق الإنسان وخاصة حق التماس اللجوء، من خلال نقل مسؤولية تسيير الهجرة وضبطها إلى دول خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي.
