Overview
إن المشرع الوطني منح للقاضي المالي في محكمة الحسابات من أجل القيام بمهامه ذات الطبيعة القضائية، الحصول على كل الوثائق مهما كانت طبيعتها المتعلقة بتسيير المصالح والهيئات الخاضعة للمحكمة، وأعفى وكلاء المصالح المالية ومفوضو حسابات الهيئات المراقبة من واجب السر المهني، كما أوجب المشرع على كل ممثل إداري أو موظف أو وكيل تابع لمصالح أو المؤسسات أو الهيئات موضوع الرقابة والتدقيق أن يلبي الدعوة الموجهة إليه من محكمة الحسابات عندما تتطلب الرقابة ذلك.
