Overview
تعد نظرية ولاية الفقيه من متأخرات الفكر السياسي الشيعي، والنموذج السياسي الأكثر هيمنة لدى معتنقي المذهب في عصرنا الحالي، وقد مثل بروزها انقطاعا مع تاريخ طويل من الانزواء السياسي الذي اتسم به الشيعة منذ بداية ما عرف بعصر الغيبة كما ورد في المرويات الدينية. وعليه، ستحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن منابع القدرة والضعف في النظرية الصدرية للدولة، عبر تتبع التسلسل المنطقي لأفكار الصدر عن الأصل التاريخي لظاهرة الدولة وماهية وظائفها كما فهمها هو، ومن ثم ستتعرض في جزئها الثاني لمنهجية الصدر، وستحاول نقد الفرضيات التأسيسية للنظرية والاستفادة من بعض أدوات ما بعد البنيوية في سبيل ذلك.
