Overview
سلط البحث الضوء على الأحاديث التي تغير فيها اجتهاد أبي حاتم، وقد بلغ عددها (12) حديثا فيما وقفت عليه، ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة تلك الأحاديث، وتحليل نص أبي حاتم الرازي حولها، واتبعت في دراستها المنهج التحليلي والنقدي، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أن من أسباب تغيير أبي حاتم لاجتهاده أن يستجد عليه معرفة كمتابعات للحديث الذي عنده، أو طرقا أخرى، وذلك من كتب يراها ويقف عليها، أو أشخاص يسألونه عنها، وهذه إما تكون معلة ومضعفة للحديث الذي كان يراه محفوظا، أو تجعل الحديث عنده محفوظا بعدما كان في نفسه منه شيء، وتغيير نظره في الحديث ومراجعته له، وتغير اجتهاده رحمه الله فيه يكون من خلال إعمال قرائن الترجيح بعدما تتبين له الأوجه تامة، وفي أغلب الأحاديث لا يتفرد في ترجيح الأوجه، بل يتابعه على ذلك غير واحد من العلماء والأئمة.
